Horseback Ride to Ancient Sanctuaries

This tour takes you to see the beautiful surrounding areas of Cusco on horseback, including some amazing Andean Sanctuaries that continue to be used today and form part of the mystic route of Cusco.

The transportation will take you to some of the outer most parts of Cusco where we will find horse ranches and start the horseback ride through these trails of the Andean City of Cusco.

Along the way we will see the ancient, mystic sanctuaries of the Paqos who are still in order today. They are ancient Andean Priests and this is where they perform their ceremonies and mystic offerings to the different Andean deities of their faith. They make use of sanctuaries like the temple of the Moon. We may also be able to pass by a beautiful overlook of the whole city of Cusco.
